I became a baker on the 12th May 2008!!!

Headed over to zikai's house as early as 9am on Monday to do some baking of cheesecake and chocolate cookies...

Not wasting any time, we headed to buy the ingredients at westmall and den embarked on our baking the moment we stepped into his kitchen...

Beginning wif the cheesecake,

Started by stirring the mixture of the base for the cheesecake...And how can we forget about the cheese part of the cheesecake...And tis is wad we get after minutes and minutes of stirring... On the left, the cheese topping, the right, the biscuit base...The base that is ready for the cheese to be applied to it...Applying the cheese on it...And it's in the oven again... Baking baking...Ta Da... After 40 minutes, here's the precious product done by Ms Wong! Ms Wong's Self-Made Cheesecake...

And the bakers were getting hungry...

Pizzas for lunch...

When the tummy were filled, we started on the cookies...Stirring the mixture yet again...Added in some diced almond nuts...And they are ready for the oven...Baking baking...And here's the cookies, all baked and smelling nice...

After waiting for the cake and cookies to be cooled, they were all ready to be packed into the containers...Cheesecake all sliced and packed...Cookies all baked and packed...

And we never fail to remind ourselves to take some pix of ourselves...The Wong Bakers...B1 and B2 loves baking...And the aspiring bakers-to-be...

Was glad dat the cheesecake turned out to be super nice, though the cookies became as hard as stone... But it was my 1st attempt... So i tink i deserved a pat on my back! Hehe =)
